1. General Information

TotalFresh Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and air duct cleaning.
All services are provided by trained technicians, and results may vary depending on the condition of surfaces, materials, and environment.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer.

  • Final pricing may change if the technician finds:

    • Additional rooms or areas

    • Severe stains, pet contamination, or heavy soil

    • Safety hazards or additional labor

  • Any price changes will be communicated at the service.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, or other agreed options.

  • Failure to pay may result in late fees or service refusal.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment without penalty.

  • If a technician arrives and is unable to perform the service due to access issues, safety concerns, or inaccurate information, a trip fee may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when requesting a quote

  • Ensure safe and clear access to all areas

  • Secure valuable or fragile items

  • Inform technicians of any material sensitivities, damage, or special conditions

TotalFresh Services is not responsible for:

  • Preexisting damage

  • Loose carpet seams, weakened fabrics, or worn materials

  • Dye bleeding from unstable carpet or upholstery fibers

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within reasonable limits.
If you are not satisfied:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service

  • We will return to re-clean the affected area at no extra charge

Refunds are issued only at our discretion after an inspection.

7. Limitations of Liability

TotalFresh Services is not liable for:

  • Preexisting damage or wear

  • Issues caused by customer-provided inaccurate info

  • Allergic reactions to cleaning products (all products are non-toxic)

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Online Quote Requests & Forms

By submitting any form on our website, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information

  • Allow us to contact you via phone, email, or SMS regarding your request

Your information is stored securely and is never sold.

9. Privacy Policy Summary

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide quotes and services.

  • Your personal information is kept confidential and never shared with third parties except for payment processing or legal requirements.

10.Warranties & Guarantees

We do not guarantee removal of:

  • Permanent stains

  • Deep pet urine saturation

  • Damage caused by previous cleaning attempts

  • Odors embedded in padding or subfloors

We do guarantee:

  • Professional effort and proper cleaning techniques

  • Honest communication

  • Quality equipment and eco-friendly products

11. Changes to These Terms

TotalFresh Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
