REFUND POLICY

At TotalFresh Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to deliver the best results possible.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only after a re-cleaning attempt, and only in situations where:

  • The service was not completed

  • The issue is directly related to our work

  • The problem cannot be corrected by a re-clean

Refunds are issued at the discretion of TotalFresh Services management.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Preexisting stains or damage

  • Permanent discoloration

  • Pet urine deeply embedded in subfloor or padding

  • Issues caused by inaccurate information from the customer

  • Situations where customer refused the free re-clean visit

  • Services performed correctly where expectations were unrealistic

4. Deposits & Cancellation Fees

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 fee

  • Deposits (if required for large jobs) are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment
